This ex-designer fabric is a bespoke printed tulle. Bright flowers are printed against a white background on this gorgeous tulle. Very soft with quite a nice drape, semi-sheer, and very light with lovely movement. Perfect for underskirts that want a pop of colour and print, or crafting and structural projects!
